I couldn't update via the web interface, but I managed to do it manually. The fans have not turned off completely yet, I hope they have fixed this
Is this update failure related to your particular “manual” update method? What exactly did you do regarding the update?
Now, does the startup work? What can you see on the HDMI monitor after startup?

Thank you for your support and feedback. We will report the feedback to the laboratory. We have responded to the questions you mentioned by E-mail and arranged people to follow up. Did you send them to
[email protected]?
No, I have not sent anything to @pm recently.
I have not received any email regarding this. (Sort of confirms some of my observations).
Thank you.

Due to hardware limitations, some older models are unable to update to TOS 6. Users of these models are advised not to attempt the update to TOS 6. The specific models include: F2-220, F4-220, F2-420, F4-420, F5-420, as well as the 221 series with a manufacturing date in Jun 2020 or earlier, which includes: F2-221, F2-421, F4-221, F5-221, F5-421.
Tried to update F2-221 TOS 6.0.229 to 6.0.420 S/N A2TS211200459
What's the matter?

Hi. No, it's not related. build 401 was updated via the web interface, there were no problems. It's just that in the morning I couldn't access my NAS anymore. I don't have the ability to connect hdmi to it, I had to reboot hard. Judging by the termination of monitoring in graphane, he stopped sending something at 8 a.m. and that was before the reboot.
And I also noticed that now the name bond is constantly incremented, although in the network properties it is always correct and equal to 0

We have observed the Bond serial number increase in our test environment and will troubleshoot and fix it.

I have 2 x F5-221's both running the latest version of TOS 5
What's the actual hardware limitation?
How do we determine the manufacturing date?
