Please enter the "Hard Disk" option and find and select the hard disk you wish to operate on from the list. Before performing the erasure operation, please confirm that the hard disk has not been used to create a storage pool or occupied by functions such as disk mounting. Once the erasure is complete, please restart your system. After the restart, you can attempt to create a HyperCache.
Note: Before erasing, please ensure that the hard disk has not been used to create a storage pool or is not occupied by functions like disk mounting.

TOS automatically created a storage pool with my NVMEs, which are also a RAID 1 Volume. How am i supposed to cancel that, leaving the first NVME for OS and the second one for caching?

Please go to TOS>Control Panel>Hard Disk>Hard Disk to check if your SSD is also set as the "
System Disk"

Both NVMEs are marked as system disks

May I ask if these two NVME are RAID 1 arrays? If not, what arrays are they grouped separately?

Yes, it's a RAID 1 array that i had to create when installing TOS.

For you, a relatively simple method is:
Purchase a USB adapter that can recognize M.2 SSDs, or use the M.2 port on your PC (if your PC has multiple M.2 ports)
Delete the volumes and storage pool of two M.2 SSDs (backup data if available)
Turn off TNAS and remove one M.2 SSD (M.2 SSDs do not support hot swapping, and the M.2 interface on PCs is also the same.)
Connect the extracted M.2 SSD to the PC and delete the volumes/partitions of the M.2 SSD through disk management tools.
A relatively difficult method is:
If you know how to use Linux commands, please log in to SSH or execute the following commands with super administrator privileges through custom scheduled tasks.
You you want to use this method, please enter this commands to and copy the output here so we can see the structure of your storage and tell you how to do next.

Thank you very much. Will i benefit from using hypercache with emby if i installed it and its metadata on the NVME drive? Or won't it change much?

This may depend on your usage.
Generally speaking, EMBY mainly needs to read data, so you can use Hyper Cache to speed up the reading speed of commonly used files.
If your EMBY is only for personal use, Hyper Cache may not be necessary.
Hyper Cache has advantages for reading and writing small files, but EMBY hardly needs this.
