Hello, I'm trying to install TerraSync on my F2-210 NAS. I'm running into some trouble and was wondering if you could help.

Is it compatible with my NAS model? Are there any specific instructions or guides available for installing TerraSync on this particular device? I've been following the general installation steps, but I haven't been successful so far.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Hi, new user here. I would need to sync files on my laptop the the NAS over the internet. When I try to create a connection to my TerraSync Server using the https://TNAS.online/XXusernameXX on port 8023 I get the message: Connection Failed. The TNAS.online address works fine in the Tnas for PC app so I know that my Tnas is there and responding.
Is there an other url that I should be using?

TNAS.onlline currently only supports http or https ports.
