I have gotten to learn Terramaster, and the Threads concerning CloudSync - within 1 month of time.
And, I already love Terramaster - their innovative approach, and their friendly & direct support, & willingness to help!

And, from my experience with cloud-software, from 2017 till now - I have experienced, that it is not easy at all, to get such software to work (and be stable)...
I have also had NAS''es from both Synology, Asustor & Qnap - and there have been faulty apps-etc & "over-promising" all across the board!
NONE of these companies is nowhere near perfect! (so, be carefull, when you get the impression from the advertizings - because "the grass is NOT much greener" or "all green", any of these places).

-
Concerning CloudSync directly :

I am thinking - is there any "general Linux-developed" app out there .. such as there are with "Docker" & "Plex".

It might be, that the 3. party path, is the best - when it comes to all NAS-companies!

Enthusiasts out in our world, often comes up with genius solutions - that outdo/surpass all the separated company-solutions.

I am not sure, about this .. so please "bear over with me / have mercy with me", everybody!

-
AND, concerning the cool people at Terramaster :

- ONE THING, that I already by now have gotten to CHERISH - is,

- that here with TerraMaster, we have a quite unique connection to a company's developers & service-staff.

- and, that nothing is perfect ... but, I will always choose "the place/company, where I can get in direct contact with support-etc".
..
(these possibilities does NOT exist at fx. Qnap ... no Chat-possibility, no direct contact via. Email (only a very formal/distanced contact), no "being able to actually make a difference, as a customer").

-
So - I have decided to stay here - and to help & work all the things out, together with this company's developers, service-personel, etc - and, I have taken this decision, because I have gotten to know these marvellous people much better, in less than 1 month - than I have EVER tried before, with a NAS-company!!!
..
Actually, this is the first time, since I started-out with NAS'es back i 2009, that I have EVER tried "to be in direct contact with" a NAS-company's staff! (through Chat-etc).
And, I really really cherish that!

Then come, what will come - including this annoying App (CloudSync)!
And - the things, that we together will work out ....

And, the things, that will not work (for some time): In these matters, I will then just find other solutions (as I am used to do)!

And - a good life for me (a 58 y.o. innovative person) - is to "find ways" - AND be "part of a process", "take part in /make contributions" - i.e. help wherever I can, & be a partner (and patient) - to make things better...
(in contrast to getting frustrated, that I am not getting it all, served on a shiny plate!)

So, for me, this is much like a doing voluntarly work ... where I interact, try to fill-the-holes - and learn & live, along the way - WITH other people, and not "demanding that they serve me, that I can pay to get things fixed!" ..
..
A bit like H C Andersen (I'm from Denmark): "To travel, is to Live"!
(be in the proces, make discoveries, be in the uncertain - take part in life, looking at it "from a process point-of-view" .. and "enjoy the not-foreseable ride(s)"!)

Thank you for your support! but you did not mention any issue related to the Cloudsync app. If you can provide more specifics, that could be helpful to troubleshooting.

We have, so far, been using MegaSync (.nz), to sync our pictures & videos (because it back in 2017 was the one, with the highest amount of free space).
And, since it was not on the list of Cloud-Services in CloudSync - then I didn't go further.
(I did, however, seek for Mega/Megasync - and did read many of the posts, written on the subject and Mega-etc.).

And, I then later today, tried out your TNAS Mobile-App (Android) - and I saw, that it had the "backup to NAS from Phone/Mobile".
So I tested that - and it worked, and was very fast...
So - I might (for now) just use TNAS, to get our images-etc. backup'ed/synced - automatically & fast.

(PS: Good work with the TNAS-Android.App !)

Correction:
I now see "Mega" on the list in CloudSync - but I get "Operation failed", when I try to connect to Mega.
So - the App does not work with Mega, yet!

WITH TOS 6.0.229 beta, CLOUDSYNC WORKS - WITH MEGA (MEGASYNC) !!!

After "having getting my first Terramaster NAS, appr. 1 week ago, and having gotten to know TOS a bit" - I opgraded from TOS 5.131, to TOS 6.0.229-beta - to find, that fx. Cloudsync now WORKS, for me (with MegaSync)!

I have succesfully established the connection, and have established a task - and have succesfully synced from "the Mega-Cloud" to the NAS!

And, I must say, that after 24 hours with TOS-6-beta, I am very happy! .. because the stuff I could not get to work with 5.131, now works! (CloudSync & Surveillance-Manager).

.. so-far, I have had neither Crashes, nor Major Errors! Making me positively surpriced!
.. for me, TOS 6 looks to become a clear winner for the home-user!

Good work !!!

I can confirm that TOS6 works for Google Drive. I just bought F4-423 this Jun 18th sale from Aliexpress and was setting it up yesterday. It's new to me so I am googling everything and finally got an idea of how I want to set it up. I was using TOS5.1 and it wouldn't connect to Google Drive and giving the "Operation Failed" error, while my google account not notifying me that there is a 3rd party being authorized access to my Google Drive. Even after installing TOS 6, it still didn't work when I try to connect to my google drive. I was about to give up and just starting clicking randomly and I noticed the second option in CloudSync is creating a task. In that menu, you can try to create a task or make a connection first then create a task within the same window. I tried that window to make a connection then create a task and it worked. I cancelled the task, and the connection is still there. So, at least for me, it all works.

I am finally figuring out how this TNAS fits into my situation, where I have personal needs and small business needs amid all these potential security risks. I put it on Security Isolation Mode, syncs my phone photos and videos with it via TNAS Mobile 3 for each of my family member's phone in their own individual user folders. Then I create shared folders for personal information such as annual tax info, then small business needs such as invoices and bills, and then when each family member's phone gets close to full, I transfer their photos out of their individual back up folders into main folder where I keep all the photos and videos. Then I have my google drive syncing files that I want to have access on the phone and remotely, instead of TerraSync which currently lacks iOS client. I take out files from Google Drive synced folders to their respective shared folders when my google drive capacity gets to almost full.
