The output shows that the configuration is incorrect.
Would you remove all your drives and reboot your TNAS to find the initboot version number from the bottom of the TOS page? appreciate!
After that you need to shut down your TNAS, insert your drives back into the box, and reboot again, then you can come back to your running system.

Correct configuration: hpet=disable
We will verify and provide a solution to this issue.

I can confirm SMB was disabled after restart following above shutdown/restart
