You will have to check the Tos6.0.530 update thread and the BIOS constraints to determine how far you can go. Tos5.1.145 should be possible without too much trouble. Downloads for updates and installation media are on TM support site > downloads.

Thanks so much. If I go for the route of 5.0 is that a good improvement over 4.x or is not worth it the upgrade? Im using it as an online hdd at home, not using anything that requires internet connection
Btw I cant check my bios version on 4.2
Any help with that? Ty!

Is the system working? I don't know TOS4 versions but it is shown on Control Panel > System on other versions.
Got hdmi connection for monitor?

It has hdmi connection (never used it) and system is working perfectly

If you can connect a monitor and keyboard you can boot into bios (hit delete at the bios splash screen) and see the bios details

As per the pic it seems I cant update to 6, isnt?
It will be worth it to update to 5, taking into consideration I use it mainly for streaming (plex,vlc) and home network storage?
Also, do you know how I can change from raid 1 to raid 0(obviously loosing the data)? I need more storage…

I would guess that the bios date is about 2 years too old. Sorry.
Wipe disks completely (or use new). Install system of your choice (compatible with what you have found about the hardware.). Use the "custom" option if installing Tos5.1 otherwise it will install Traid. You should find an option for the raid flavour.

Hi, according to the BIOS information you provided, your F2-221 is from a very old batch (2018). There are no available BIOS updates for it, and it does not support TOS6.
