Здравствуйте, у меня F4 SSD, при обновлении неделю назад с TOS 6 на TOS 7 у меня пропал сигнал HDMI. Никто не может сказать чем это вызвано. Технически помочь с этим вопросом никто мне не может. Каждый день меня спрашивает служба поддержки включил ли я HDMI и правильно ли я его включил. У меня высшее техническое образование и такие вопросы только вызывают грусть. При серьезной ошибке без видео сигнала HDMI я боюсь что устройство станет бесполезным куском пластика. Тот продавец у которого я купил 4 месяца назад на связь не выходит F4 SSD. Не знаю что мне в данной ситуации делать.
Hello, I have an F4 SSD. After updating from TOS 6 to TOS 7 a week ago, I lost the HDMI signal. No one can tell me what caused this. Technically, no one can help me with this issue. Every day, the support service asks me whether I turned on the HDMI and whether I connected it correctly. I have a higher technical education, and such questions only make me sad. With a serious error like no HDMI video signal, I'm afraid the device will become a useless piece of plastic. The seller I bought it from four months ago is not responding regarding the F4 SSD. I don't know what to do in this situation.

You might try starting up without the USB connected to see if the possibly updated TOS7 can be activated.
Unlike PkcDe‘s NAS, your F2-422 requires the Legacy version of the boot partition.
I had already given up hope. The tip about the boot partition helped me. That was the game changer.
What I did:
1. Set Legacy&UEFI Boot in the BIOS
2. Booted the system in TOS version
3. Removed the USB stick from the open case
4. Installed version “TOS_X642.0_Update_7.0.0392_00623_2601161550.bz2”
5. Waited for reboot.
6. Logged into TOS7.
It would have been so easy. I can't say what the problem was in the end.
I was then offered a system update to v7.0.0398, which I also carried out. The system booted without any problems afterwards and I was able to log in.
I'm keeping the boot stick in the case (not plugged into the board) for emergencies. I hope I won't need it anymore.
My problems seem to be solved. Thank you.

Hello, are you referring to the F4 SSD not outputting a video signal via HDMI when booting up? Before the upgrade, how was your HDMI working? We need more information to determine the issue.

После вчерашнего последнего патча обновления, на моем F2 242 не могу войти в веб интерфейс. Ни через браузер, ни через TNAS PC ошибка 502 Bad Gateway
как исправить ?

Я ждал, перезагружался десять раз, отключив HDD, ничего не изменилось. Нашел и попробовал все описанные случаи исправления этой ошибки на вашем форуме - включая удаление папки etc/p - ничего не подошло для меня, ошибка остается.
