I am also stuck at 3 photos. Every time I try to back up photos, it uploads 3 and then gets stuck. It was fine on TOS 6, but now on TOS 7, I am stuck.

Have you started using the new TNAS mobile app released alongside the official version of TOS 7? (You can search for "TNAS mobile" in the App Store to install it.)
Please let us know the app version you are using.
If the issue persists, we recommend collecting the logs and sending them to our technical support email for further investigation.

I am using the updated version of TNAS Mobile Version 3.5.077. When I updated the mobile version,
it asked me to update the TOS 6 to TOS 7 for photo backup. Now I updated to TOS 7, and it's stuck on the photo backup

I emailed support. I was wondering previously, when it was doing a backup, it was connected to vpn automatically on mobile. Cause i use NordVPN in my NAS. Now, NAS is connected to vpn but the mobile doesn't connect to vpn automatically when trying to do a backup. But both case its same. It's stuck to 2 or 3 photos.

I have the same issue. I followed your ateps above and it still fails to upload 9 photos/videos. This problem startes recently after i updraded to ToS7 beta for the f2-212. It seems that the issue might be related to filenames because they are all being stored in a temp tnas fildrr on my iphone. All from random dates

Sorry you're running into issues with TNAS mobile.
How are your photos/videos stored in the temporary folder? Are they iCloud files? (TNAS mobile app can‘t back up files stored on iCloud.) If not, please provide more details and collect logs using the method mentioned above, then send them to our support email for analysis.

Which version is newer? The App Store version or the TestFlight one? The layout from TestFlight looks different than store version

As you can see in your screenshot, the version provided in TestFlight is for TOS 5, while the version provided in the App Store is for TOS 6 and TOS 7.
