I tried to install packages from TOS5, for example Surveillance Manager, qBittorrent and jellyfin. They start. I go to the Surveillance management interface. There is no IP camera, I can't fully check the work. Jellyfin and qBittorrent works. I haven't checked Docker.

Well, I'll wait some more then.
I don't really like experiments: I tried to copy TorrServer.MatriX on TOS 5.1 without docker and force it to run, but I can't wrote proper init script (I'm not experienced in bash scripting and DeepSeek didn't help me either). As a result of my attempts f2-212 began to work terribly slow.
I had to reset device and reinstall the system.

I think docker daemon installs with docker manager, so if you can't install docker manager you can't get docker daemon. Unless you add docker repo and install docker daemon via apt package manager.
