Same issue here with Plex AND EMBY. Both are installed on a F4-424. Plex can not be enabled. Emby can be enabled but can not be opened or sent to the desktop. None of these apps can be unisnstalled. Both of these apps are running the latest version from both vendors that do work on a different NAS platform I own. This happened after updating to TOS 6.0.650 on March 23.

UPDATE: I was able to what appeared to be a delete the EMBY app using the "Installed App" menu. It appeared delete the app, but it is back on the applications menu as installed. I am going around in circles.

I have the same issue, which folder do you mean?

How do you rename it?
Go to Control Panel > Shared Folders

There should be a "Plex" folder listed as a shared folder. When I cannot enable plex, I rename this folder and after that, Plex will start.

I then have to recreate all my libraries from scratch.
