I was now on the TerraMaster webite, under "Download" there is no tos Version for the F4-210.
Thats why it can't download it manually.
What schould i do now?

That's what I dd but no possibility to reach the interface. When I try to install a new Tos version, the nas rest stuck even after 15 minutes it's still the same

OK just read the release notes posted and it says that video trans coding can now be done from the website which i have just tested and no it doesn't support h.264 which is all i have tested so far yet just talked to my friend who is running the 4.2.01 says this will decode h.264?

please replace a healthy hard drive and try again. if you still got problem there, write an email to support(at)terra-master.com, tell your story and ask for help.

To use the transcode feature, you need to install an app "Multimedia Server", and enable the transcoding in settings.
