i tried cleaning the usb and update
did not work still failed.

Haven't observed anything like this yet, will keep an eye out for it. Can you tell us the version of TOS before you used the upgrade package? Are your USB devices used as USB external storage or as storage pools & volumes?

I upgraded my F5-221 with 10GB of RAM from 6.229. After a reboot everything is good, the system seems more snappy and responsive, no issues encountered yet.

Happy to know TOS 6.0.530 is released.

Preferring to keep the original config, not to spend more times in troubleshooting and self creating mistakes in the process of upgrading.

i did a clean and install new boot loader since it was corrupted by install and tried to update again but failed again.

You stated previously that you updated successfully to version 6.0.500.
THIS (6.0.530) is not appropriate for updating 6.0.500 but only for earlier 6Beta versions up to 6.0.229 or latest Tos5.1.145
(clearly stated on page 1 of this thread).

Not sure where you are now. If the update you tried just failed, do you still have a working system?

Update from 5.1.145 to 6.0.530 failed on my F2-423. I have 16GB RAM and 5.1.145 installed on my NVMe M.2.
