Now that I know the total size of your photos and videos, I also want to know the total number of photos and videos, and do you have any large videos that take up space?

No. Of videos 1407
Largest video size 4.3 gb

Just updated the app to the 3.2.28 iOS version and same issues, I hope this can be resolved soon,

So what’s the update in this? Prior upgrading to this version of Tnas mobile app on my iPhone I can backup fine!!!
