Have you considered that TM didn't manufacture the motherboards and only contracted for the bios supplied and/or the actual mnfr has never needed to supply alternative bios since the m/boards were manufactured for a specific (?industrial?) purpose. My Fn-221 models have basically the same m/boards but are subtly different. (reset push, 'proper' fan connectors as well the odd ones, one has 2 stacked usb on board).

Is there a different ZIP for F2-424?

The F2-424, as a new-generation product, features the capability to set boot order in BIOS. Users can flexibly adjust the boot sequence in the BIOS interface based on their specific needs.

I understand that, I was looking for a BIOS ZIP as mine will attempt to start up but gives me a black screen without any attempt.

Hello! Before starting the NAS host, please connect one end of the HDMI cable to the NAS host and the other end to a powered-on monitor. If the HDMI cable is inserted after the NAS host has completed booting, it may result in an abnormal display (such as a black screen).

Okay, maybe not a black screen, per se. It shows the Terra-Master logo, then shows the GNU GRUB version 2.04 and has UTOS-X86-S64 (UEFI) highlighted, then goes to a boot screen "- booting form INIT system" and just sits there like there is nothing to pull from.

According to your description, it seems the boot system is damaged. Please refer to this post to recreate the boot system: viewtopic.php?t=6433

I was able to Flash a new USB INIT for the F2-424. It definitely does more than it did before the Flash. However, it is getting hung up with the udhcpc lease and will not go any further.

Update: I installed my 2 SSDs and successfully initialized. Once done, I will attempt to reinstall the 2 HDDs and get it back to full functionality.
