I have the same problem with auto power on after power failure.
Unfortunately I have no physical access to the NAS.
Can TNAS PC find the device?
Any tips when accessing TNAS through the web page?
Can it be accessed via SMB?

Does your device start up automatically on 00:00? If yes, you can email our technical support team with your device model and the screenshot of the browser interface when you boot up without the hard disk, and we will give you the file and method to update the BIOS.

I have not try it, my device is always on.
But in case of some problem with electricity, it may not start.

I have the same issue with a F5-220 I want to use for backups, it doesn't Power On after power failure nor it powers on on setted times.
I did replace the CR2032 battery on the motherboard, is it a BIOS setting that was cleared due empty battery over time? I do have a 12p cable VGA so can hook it up to a screen if needed and change BIOS settings.
