Ok, I get it. But my harddisks are now running more than 48 hours.

Could the issue be related to Btrfs, encrypted shared folders, or some other uncommon settings? Are there log files that show why the hard drives won't sleep?

If you created a EXT 4 file system, system will perform the block device journaling for the file system. This process may take several days which depend on the drive capacity.

I'm using 4 4TB disks with a btrfs file system in RAID 5 configuration.
The disks are still spinning after currently three days of uptime.

Exactly (!) the same here.

if your drive indicators keep flashing every second, and you did not running any app, that means system works is in processing, please just wait for the job done.

The indicators are not flashing. All lights are constantly lit.

would you provide a screenshot for all your running processes from control panel> system information> resources monitor > process?

a screenshot is not possible, insert as text is not possible, pdf- and textfileattachment also.
