Are you talking about other users' user files?
You need to create the user again, and then log in with that user.

No luck, I recreated the same user, but the user directory is empty after logged in with the user.

This is strange. Are the users and passwords you created the same as the original ones?
You can log in to the admin account, and then search for the content in the order of the red boxes in the figure below:

Click on the house icon and then click on User.

No, there is nothing! I lost all the important files!! How could TNAS swipe the users directories without saving them somewhere!
I'm not sure if I should use the NAS anymore, it's so unsafe and not trustable!

Hi,
Did you see the formatting words when reinstalling the system?

There was nothing, the web interface just asked to click next to continue. Once the process was done, all the users' directories were gone! Those files stored in the shared and public were still there but not the files stored inside the users directories! Those files were the only copy I had! If the problem was the hard drive failure, I wouldn't blame TerraMaster, but the failure was actually from the NAS itself. I thought that in the worse case I just lost the NAS and my files would be fine. But now I lost all my important files and this is really the disaster for me, I really don't know what to do!

Hi,
I sent the email and setup the remote session in the NAS. However, for whatever reason, gmail doesn't allow me to attached the report. Please let me when you are ready to start the remote session. Thanks.
