It seems that it's not the reason of the device, either the HDD or the system. It's better to backup your data, and format your HDDs and start from scratch to see if it occurs again.

You can back up to other storage devices.(SMB or USB backup)

I can’t access my nas and have to delete the hdd’s again. So I can’t use both methodes.

Please reinstall the system refer to this link method two:

It is recommended to install the ext4 file system after backing up the data.

Methode 1 won’t work because I can’t access my Nas.
Methode 2 won’t work either. Still can’t access, otherwise there was no problem.

Can TNAS PC find the device without any hard drives?

It succeed to reinstall, but after reinstalling the system I’m not able to acces the NAS anymore
