Hello!
Please go to the shared folder to check whether the read and write permissions of the files in public are open. If you want to use ssh to log in to root, please use the 'sudo su' command statement to switch to root. In addition, you can also use SMB to move your files .

The permission of public and destination folder are read/write for the user I want to make the transfer. With ssh I can log with admin but not the user. I finally upgraded the user to admin group and used a usb transfer app. I plugged the old hdd by USB and make the copy this way. It make think in one new feature. I'll write in the right forum.

You need to ensure that the WAN IP of the LAN where TNAS is located is the Internet IPv4 IP, and you need to set port forwarding on the router.
In addition, to cope with the constantly changing Internet IPv4 IP, you need to register a DDNS for it.

I tried both, local IP and public domain with FTP://. Both says: FTP URLs are disabled.

Please check whether the FTP file service protocol is enabled in the TOS system, whether the FTP port is mapped successfully in the router, and whether the access through the public network address or DDNS address is valid.

Hello everyone.
I have a configuration problem that I can't solve, and I'm asking for your help.
On the SFTP server with TOS 6: users connect fine, but the folder list isn't displayed. However, if I type the folder name in the search bar (Filezilla), it accesses and displays its contents, and if I return to the root directory, it appears blank.
With the FTP connection (without TLS), everything displays correctly, but not with SFTP. Same result with the superuser and/or setting read/write permissions on the folders.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you very much.

We attempted based on your usage method, but did not observe the anomaly you mentioned. If you test with other similar software such as WinSCP, do you encounter similar issues?
