The system overheating warning behaves very strangely.
Last night it appeared twice — at 2 AM and 3 AM — yet the chart clearly shows that nothing concerning was happening.
Previously, TOS never reacted so nervously to a brief temperature rise to 83°C, which is a completely normal operating value.

In 7.0.1201, the CPU temperature alarm threshold is set to 85 degrees. After a restart, some applications consume CPU resources, which raises the temperature and triggers a high-temperature alarm notification. We have already fixed this in a new version. Please wait for the new version to be released.

I decided to add another 256gb NVME M.2 SSD to slot 2 and set the system drive volume 1 which is also my app storage to traid and hope this will help to protect the system drive from any error. Less than 3 months experience with Terramaster and TOS 7.

The situation you mentioned is indeed normal.
At that time, TOS 7.0.1201 had not yet been released through the full online rollout, so the corresponding release notes had not yet been added to the online Release Notes page. Since TOS 7.0.1201 was provided as an early-release version, the release notes page was not updated before the version was officially rolled out through the automated update system.
Currently, the Release Notes page only lists versions that have been fully rolled out online, along with their corresponding update information. Once TOS 7.0.1201 is officially rolled out to all users, its release notes will be updated accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and feedback.
