I had no problems updating from TOS 5.1.73 to TOS 7.0.1113, which is running very well right now, but I am having no success upgrading from TOS 7.0.1113 to the latest TOS 7.0.1114 update. The upgrading process had a run up to 86% and then just exited to the error message. Any idea what's happening?

TOS 7.0.1113 and 7.0.1114 are actually the same TOS 7 official release, with different version numbers used for different upgrade scenarios.
TOS 7.0.1113 (ARM) is the official release intended for devices currently running TOS 7.0.1078 Beta or later, allowing Beta users to upgrade to the official version.
TOS 7 ARM official release 7.0.1114 is intended for devices running TOS 5.1.73 or later, including users currently running TOS 6 Beta.

Hello,
I tried upgrading from version 5.1.73 but now my F2-212 won't start.
I tried removing the disk but still nothing. I can hear the fan starting to spin for three seconds then stopping then restarting and stopping and so on.
So my NAS seems bricked, is there anyway that I can recover it ?
I saw there was a way with an usb key for f2-210 but it doesn't seems to work for F2-212.
Thanks in advance, Thomas

When booting with all hard drives removed, can you hear a beep? Based on your description, this may be a power supply issue — is the power adapter working properly? If you have a power adapter with a similar wattage, you can swap it in to test. You can also record a startup video and send it to our technical support email [support(at)terra-master.com]for confirmation.

Hi,
No beep, the front status led is lighting up for 3 seconds then shuts down for 1 second and geins agains like the fan. I tried with another power adpater with the same wattage and it does exactly the same.

Based on your description, this may be related to the motherboard's power supply. Please record a startup video and send it to our technical support email [support(at)terra-master.com] for confirmation. Please also include the link to this post in the body of the email.
