Well as I have said multiple times. Threadripper and thunderbolt are extremely hard to get working together which is why I went with a USB4 device. Your device which said USB4 to not have to worry about and Thunderbolt issues. So coming back saying "oh ours is Thunderbolt" it's just gonna work exactly the same, you'll have no issues, is not helpful at all.

Long story short, if yours was labelled correctly with "Thunderbolt" and not USB4, I would not have bought it.
