супер! вышло обновление. все настройки былы сброшены. все библиотеки тоже пропали. все заново настраивать пришло. НО теперь вообще не воспроизводится видео. «В настоящее время нет совместимых потоков» какой-то сбой. ffprobe и ffdetect тоже не запускаются, тогда практически наверняка проблема именно в бинарниках Emby-пакета. кошмар. на synology с emby никаких проблем за 10 лет. ну как такое может быть? неужели вы не проверяете программу прежде чем выпускать ее???

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Emby. Was Emby installed from the App Center? We've rarely seen similar feedback from other users — it may be due to some unknown cause.
To assist us in verifying the issue, could you please confirm the current TOS version and Emby version you are using? Additionally, we recommend updating both TOS and the Emby application to the latest versions available in the App Center if possible.

emby 4.9.5.0.02. TOS 7.0.0804. и да - jellyfin тоже не воспроизводит ничего с включенной аппаратным ускорением.

Downloaded 4.9.5 from TM app store and installed it, HOWEVER this doesn't work as it the build is NOT correctly setting the APP_DATA_DIR. It is instead using the folder "/Volume1/@apps/emby/emby-server/-ffdetect/"
Following a suggestion from a user on the Emby forums I edited the file "/Volume1/@apps/emby/emby-server/bin/emby-server" and replaced the line
-programdata $APP_DATA_DIR/
with
-programdata $APP_DATA_DIR/Volume1/Emby \
This seems to indicate that the following line in the same file does not correctly set $APP_DATA_DIR
APP_DATA_DIR=$(ter_share_add -name "Emby")
The build as supplied by the TM App Store is broken.
Edit - and as noted by other poster, hardware encoding does not work

Based on the information you've provided so far, this is most likely a permission‑related issue. Please go to TOS > Control Panel > Shared Folders and try re‑setting the application user permissions for the shared folder that contains your media files.

Hello! I also updated EMBY to 4.9.5.0.02, after which it stopped working with the message "There are currently no compatible streams". Please provide a link to the previous version of emby.

This is terrible. I updated through the TOS 7 Store, and all my server settings were simply lost. My entire media library is gone, and now I can't even play a single video. All the required folder permissions have been granted.
I'm having exactly the same issues as richt
upd
I completely removed Emby, including all of its directories and configuration files, and then installed a fresh server from the TOS Store. However, the streaming issue is still there — not a single video will play.
The build available in the TOS Store is completely broken and unusable.

I have the same problem after updating emby server "There are currently no compatible streams". Another mess, wtf
