Surely it would be simpler for you to tell us what bios versions are and are not compatible.
Otherwise you are going to get a lot of posts that you did not intend and your tech support people are going to be answering a lot of yes/no questions.

Hi, I have a F5-221 with BIOS version MAPL0304V15, of course at TOS 5.1.145
Is it compatible to TOS 6.0.530?

Looks like BIOS version MADN0101.V05 isnt compatable with TOS6 as I am getting Update failed to complete.

Is there somehow I can update my BIOS? The unit it brand new.
