To be fair, 212 users haven't had an OS update since launch, almost 2.5 years ago.
Since then we've had an announcement of the TOS6 beta, a cancellation of the TOS6 beta, and an announcement of the TOS7 beta - and you're asking us to be patient?
We foolishly bought a product which is effectively unsupported. Patience has run out.

We anticipate the release of the ARM version of TOS 7 Beta for the 212 series NAS models in March or April.

Hello! Thank you for your interest in the new version of TOS 7. The TOS 7 version for ARM-based devices has not yet been officially released, but we expect it to be available within one to two months. We appreciate your patience and thank you again for your interest.

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. After verification, the TOS6 ARM Beta system can be directly upgraded to the TOS7 ARM Beta version.
