Did you click on automatic permission conversion after the update? Please go to Control Panel - Applications to check the application permissions.

Hello. Did you encounter any anomalies during the update? After a successful update, the device will restart automatically and enter the TOS 7 display interface. Could you please inform us of the disk structure of your current TOS 6.0.794 system?

Thank you for choosing TerraMaster! Our team does respond to our users who raised an issue report, as some issues were reported repeately, so we did not respond to the later repeated reporters. We will improve it, thank you!

I didn't notice anything unusual during the update. After rebooting, the system wanted me to create a new user, which I did, and then booted into the 6.0.794 system. All data was there, including the SMB shares. I tried the installation several times. The result was always the same.

I have two identical Seagate Exos X16 HDDs in the system, which I set up as separate volumes with ext4. I removed the two disks and connected them to a Linux system. The output of the command "lsblk" and “lsblk -f” is shown below

Does each of your two hard drives have an independent operating system installed? If so, please try removing one of the drives and then restarting the system.
