We sincerely apologize for failing to promptly inform you of the relevant situation.
Initially, we planned to release subsequent versions after the TOS 6 ARM Beta version. However, considering multiple factors such as the project timeline and stability, we have decided to cancel the TOS 6 ARM Beta update plan and instead plan to directly prepare updates for the TOS 7 ARM version in the future.
In fact, after months of testing, the TOS 6 ARM Beta has proven to be highly stable overall and suitable for long-term use.
Thank you for the update but is there any indication of an approximate timescale for your plan?

As the F2-212 TOS6 ARM is still having some issues, but, proven as highly stable.
Is it possible to explain the issues and then your users (those still on TOS5) with devices out if warranty, can, then decide if the issues that are causing the delay in release are scrutiny issues that are acceptable to the end user.
As I'm sure there are many users who are considering a NAS update in the future and are seriously considering whether to continue with TerraMaster for the next NAS or take something else..

Thank you for your interest in the latest software for the F2-212/F4-212. Currently, it is anticipated that the TOS7 ARM Beta version will be released within the next 3 to 4 months.

This should be a short and uneventful wait

They promised TOS6 in 1-2-3 months, but it never happened. You promised TOS7 in 3-4 months, but we still won't get it?

Has anybody 'downgraded' back to TOS 5 and how did it go? I'd like to do this as I plan on getting rid of this device and don't want to pass it on with the current TOS 6 version.

Now they've definitely forgotten about us, it's a pity, it's very far away!(((
