Apart from Docker applications, most other applications have been adapted to TOS7, including Emby and Jellyfin which you mentioned.

Hello
As i understand currently there is no rollback option.
Could you please tell if such option is planned in the future? Don't want to get stcuk in beta limbo, like it was with TOS 6.
Or pehaps there is any info on full release date, if it will happen at all?

Cudos for continuous support of ARM lineup. 👍👍👍

Rollback is not a prefer option. The stable version is expected to be released in the coming months.

Problem: Windows 10 Pro constantly prompts for authorization when connecting over the network.

Solution:
Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (OS 19045.3803)
1. Press Win + R, type secpol.msc, and press Enter.
2. Go to Local Policies → Security Options.
3. Find the policy: "Network security: LAN Manager authentication level."
4. Change the value to "Send both LM and NTLM responses".
5. Click OK and restart your computer.

TNAS
SMB Advanced Settings
1. Enable NTLMv1 authentiation

You should really point out the security implications of handing out this advice.

NTLM v1 is insecure and is being phased out by Microsoft.

Regarding the issue of continuous authorization prompts when connecting to the network on Windows 10 Pro, here is a detailed explanation and suggestions:

Solution 1: Clear and Re-add Windows Credentials

Windows often caches outdated or incorrect credentials, which causes a continuous login loop even with the correct password.
  • Type "Credential Manager" in the Windows search bar and open it.
  • Select "Windows Credentials".
  • Locate all entries related to your TNAS (including IP addresses and server names) under the "Generic Credentials" list. Click each and select "Remove".
  • Restart your PC, or enter \\TNAS-IP-Address directly in the File Explorer address bar.
  • When the login window appears, enter your TOS username and password, and check the box "Remember my credentials".

Solution 2: Enable "Insecure Guest Logons" Policy

Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise disables insecure guest logons by default for security. This can block access if the TNAS triggers specific guest-level authentication.
  • Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc, and hit Enter to open the Group Policy Editor.
  • Navigate to: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> Lanman Workstation.
  • On the right-hand side, double-click "Enable insecure guest logons" and set it to "Enabled".
  • Click Apply and OK, then attempt to reconnect to your TNAS.

Solution 3: Configure SMB Protocol in TOS

Incompatibilities between Windows 10 and TNAS often stem from mismatched SMB versions.
  • Log in to the TOS Web UI -> Control Panel -> Network Services -> File Services.
  • Under the SMB/CIFS tab, click on "Advanced Settings".
  • Set "Maximum SMB Protocol" to SMB 3 and "Minimum SMB Protocol" to SMB 2 (Avoid using SMB 1 as it is deprecated and insecure).
  • Apply the settings and restart the SMB service on your TNAS.

How will the subsequent versions be installed?

In the subsequent version, you can automatically update or manually upgrade in the TOS system interface > Control Panel > General Settings > System.
