Yes, whether it's native Jellyfin or Emby, you can consider trying them out to see if the issue is only with the Jellyfin you installed manually or if it also occurs in other apps.

I disabled the Docker instance of Jellyfin and installed it from the App Center.

When I start a 4K movie from a Windows machine, the NAS crash and reboot, but it works with Google Streamer.

I'm back to my hardware acceleration issue.

In the docker vesion, VA-API was in "/dev/dri/renderD128". Can you tell me the path to use?

FFmpeg is set to "/usr/local/jellyfin/bin/ffmpeg" and transcoding is set to "/usr/local/jellyfin/cache/transcodes". Those directories does not exist...

Thanks for your help

I want to tell that the Jellyfin app for Windows seems to work fine with 4K movies. The NAS reboot when the web version play a 4K movie with the App Center's app. It's curious, because the docker instance works fine when reached from the web.

This may indicate that the issue could be related to full RAM, hardware, or temperature aspects. Have you provided the Debug logs (containing 3 files) to the support email? Please continue to communicate with the support email to troubleshoot this issue by discussing relevant details.

Based on the error message you provided earlier, it is likely an anomaly or compatibility issue with a certain feature of Jellyfin. You can try disabling 'Generate Trickplay Images'. Additionally, you may also try to find out about any related issues from Jellyfin developers or the community.
