i have contacted support. i'm still experiencing this issue. the load is at 100% 24/7 and memory at 97%. it's all b/c of the snapshots and the btrfs cleaner - it is using the entire disc space and i cannot use PLEX etc. Friends with access to PLEX are SO tired of it going down that they don't want to use mine any more. And I'm at the point as well, as it keeps being stopped due to the BTRFS cleaning function that goes on for weeks!
