I have the same problem after updating to 6.0.783 (F4-423). The HDD won't go into sleep mode. The OS is installed on the SSD, and all services that work with the HDD are disabled.
lsof +L1 /Volume2(hhd mount point) lsof /Volume2 don't find anything
iostat shows constant write activity on the HDD.

From the output you provided, it appears that continuous writing to the RAID array is preventing the hard disk from entering sleep mode.

Is the current array synchronizing or rebuilding? Have you enabled RAID quick repair?

Please provide the results of the following commands:

after 60 hours it stopped

Do you mean that the hard disk can enter hibernation mode after 60 hours? This time may be related to array synchronization. You can use apt to install iotop.

Due my disks never went in sleep since 2 years, I tried to install on my side too, but:

/# apt install iotop
Running the command 'apt install' may cause some TOS functions to not work properly. Are you sure you want to continue? (yes/no) yes

Friends, TOS version 6.0.794 has now been officially released. This version fully incorporates all content from the previous patch packages. Therefore, we recommend that there is no need to separately apply those patches going forward—simply upgrade your system directly to TOS 6.0.794.

Hi, after I upgraded to the newest .794, the fan immediately slow down correctly to around 660 rpm and ramp up only based on temperature. So the bug introduced by this patch is fixed for me.
