Apparently my fix was not really a fix. The regression re-appeared. Do we have any progress on this issue?

I have some progress to report. It seems the issue is amplified by the volume of data being trafficked to the TNAS server. We had some large backup jobs writing about 500GB of data per night to the server via NFS. I moved those to an external drive and it seems to have calmed down the TNAS box. Additionally we had a large amount of rsync traffic using SMB shares to the TNAS box and that also was restricted. Both of these factors seem to be the issue. The NFS share is definitely contributing. It feels like the memory space for these transfers are being exhausted and then those services crash on the TNAS box. A restart of the box resets the memory, and the servers re-appear and work until this happens again.

After the exception occurs again, please maintain the exception status, collect and send the system report (Tecnical Support - Report Issues) to the support email, or schedule a remote troubleshooting session via Live Chat.
