Hello!
Could you please provide the current TOS version you are using? Additionally, could you tell me whether quite a few applications are installed in your TOS system? If possible, I suggest you temporarily disable the installed applications, keeping only the TOS system running, and then check if network disconnections still occur.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether the Media Indexing feature is enabled? (You can check this via Control Panel > Network Services > Media Indexing.) If so, please turn it off.
