When performing the TNAS update I remeber there was a message/popup with all considerations that should be made, which I followed.
Are those the ones?

His unit was written incorrectly; it should be an 8GB system partition.
Can you log in via SSH right now? If so, please check the size of each partition using the 'df -h' command.

I'm unable to login via SSH.
It's not even connecting to the router.

After exploring a while via HDMI directly to the NAS:

Direct firmware load for rtl_nic/rtl8125b-2.fw failed with error -2
Unable to load firmware rtl_nic/rtl8125b-2.fw

I downloaded the firmware, and placed it via USB.

After rebooting, started working again.
Why the firmware somehow had issues? Any way to ensure will not happen in the futute?

It seems that the issue is caused by the firmware of the Realtek Ethernet chipset.
What version of the F5-221 BIOS do you have?
