Re: [Help] Volume and storage pool no longer visible from TOS - slow and degraded Nas

Update:
Here is my current situation:
- I have unplugged the second disk of my raid 1 to ease operations (It s no longer sync needs to be repaired anyhow, taking the risk to repair later once TOS is back to normal speed)
- Despites system slowness and sporadic TOS timeouts, I managed to update TOS to 5.1.145, restarted NAS once after first OS boot.
-> it is not really better, still system is slow or sluggish often and TOS cannot dispplay properly my Disk details, showing no data.. Accessing through SSH I can access my data, things are slow if I try to copy anything, and some utilities are not working, like docker and docker compose are no longer deployed/usable.. it looks like the OS is broken or super slow to finish install..
I have noticed several threads in forum stating slowness on TOS 5 and requiring action from TOS support, I dont see what else I could do at this stage..
@TM support could you please give recommendation what best to proceed with?
