Just setup a new F4-212 2GB. So far all is working well. The 212 is an offsite location to backup an onsite F4-423. Duple backup is still not working between ARM and x86 so have to use RSYNC. I'm not using docker or any media sharing as this is strictly standard file services.
Hi! Are you planning to back up the data from the F4-212 device to the F4-423 device using Duple Backup? To provide more accurate advice, could you please share the following details:
1. The TOS version number of both the F4-212 and F4-423 devices.
2. The version numbers of Duple Backup and Duple Backup Vault on both devices.
Additionally, could you clarify the specific issue you are facing? Are the two devices unable to establish a connection, or have they connected but the backup process is failing?
Per your previous post of Nov 5, 2024: I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but currently DupleBackup does not support mutual backup between devices with X86 architecture (F2-424) and those with ARM architecture (F2-212). We have already reported this issue to our product team for consideration and optimization. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

After upgrading to TOS6 ARM, Duple Backup for x86 and ARM now support mutual backups.

I want to install the new TOS6 on my F2-212. To anyone who has installed it, how is it working? Is it working well, or should I wait?
Upgraded F2-212 to TOS6, no problems.

Installed TOS 6 on a test HDD (Seagate Barracuda ST3500413AS 500Gb) via update. Overall, I liked it. It works quickly. The system boots faster. Rebooting is also faster. TOS 5 applications are installed and work. Third-party applications from the site
https://tmnascommunity.eu/ are installed and work (ttyd did not work), but launching from the desktop gives errors - or (no access, please login on TOS with admin account), or (Access denied!) - you need to login on TOS with an admin role account.
Entware is installed. It is also possible to install Ubuntu/Debian packages from the "apt list"
There is a media group, but it is not displayed in the settings. I added users plex and torrent to the allusers group, then only Plex and qBittorrent started working normally.
Cron, after reboot does not work. The /var/spool/cron/crontabs folder is empty. The file in the /etc/crontabs folder is in place. I launch "crontab -e", the file only contains a description, without commands for cron.
I am interested in the question of support for SNMP. SNMP after installation from packages works on reception. On return only from address 127.0.0.1

Will you check the operation of Cron?

My test system is F2-212 and the installation of TOS 6.0 went smoothly and without errors. However, there are difficulties when reinstalling Docker. This is not displayed in the application and cannot be found in the store. The Snapshot and MultimediaServer apps were ready to start immediately.
