In most cases is not acceptable. I followed all the instructions, everything had to be fine. I'm waiting for someone from TM to fix this issue, but I don't think my next NAS will be a TM.

Well, the issue was annoying, but Terramaster remote assistance solved it in less than 10 minutes, I must say I'm satisfied... Thank you guys.
