Noah wrote: 13 Mar 2025, 14:32 I'm trying to use the TNAS Mobile 3 app on my Android 9 phone, but it doesn't seem to work. The app either crashes or fails to connect to my TNAS device. Is there a compatibility issue with Android 9? Are there any specific settings or updates I need to make it work?
We apologize for the inconvenience! The TNAS mobile 3 application requires a minimum system requirement of Android 10. If your phone supports an upgrade to Android 10 or a later version, please try updating the system. If not, we recommend using another phone running Android 10 or higher to install and use TNAS mobile 3.

Maybe the version of Android 9 is too low. I am now using Android 14 and the app runs well.
