Just a quick reply to thank you again, and say that I've already received my D5 Hybrid! I have never thought of using a DAS before, but I can definitely see the advantages of having local storage connected over fast USB-C speeds. I have a 5TB HDD, a 500GB m.2 and a 1TB m.2 that were collecting dust, now added to my main desktop system. Super simple to setup, and I love love love the tool-less install for the drive bays, well for the sata anyway - you still need a screwdriver to get at the m.2 slots but that's to be expected. This wasn't meant to be a review but thank you again, and I will put it to good use!

now just to copy all the data across
