I have had my TNAS for 1 year now and I cannot install plex. i have called support, they cannot help me! how can I install plex in a system which is designed to use plex and does not work? I press install and it just hangs at 0%

I need help please otherwise I'm calling Amazon to get my money back

Is there a way to install it manually? I need help please

Please advise your TNAS model number and current TOS version in return. Please check whether your TNAS has been connected to the Internet at the status bar at the right side of TOS webpage.
