Regarding the AD domain problem you inquired about in February, we have improved it in the new version.
Regarding your TOS installation problem with the new disk, there may be a configuration conflict when you boot with both the disk containing the old TOS and the disk containing the new TOS. However, this may only be at the system interaction level and not affect your TRAID.
Regarding your SSD cache and the other two SSD RAID1 settings, we need to confirm the situation before we can advise you.
In any case, speculation is always speculation.
Please send them a new syslog package to check (with your TRAID on the device). The situation may not be as bad as you think. They will assist you remotely if necessary.
