I already tried, I used both Chrome and Edge on 3 different computers, with same result.

Even after resetting the TOS and changing the browser, the issue persists. Therefore, we must consider potential issues with the file system or even the disk. Please go to Technical Support > Issues Report, gather a system report, and send it to the technical support email for analysis.

From the system report you provided, there are no obvious anomalies other than the fact that multimedia services are not enabled.
There is a record of an anomaly related to your HDD1, but it is not certain if it has any effect. It is recommended that you keep an eye on it.
Please open the control panel of the multimedia server, then you can try to reset it by clicking "Reset" at the bottom.
Also, we realize that you are using many applications and services at the same time. Please keep an eye on your CPU and RAM usage.

I tried to click "Reset", then media indexation started but anything I try to do in Multimedia Server window (enable, change LAN port, ecc.) generates the issue. RAM and CPU usage is 1 and 25 %, so it's not the problem.
What can I do? Don't let me alone with just a "I don't know" please...
