I have to say that Terramaster's technical support is embarrassing.
Case open from February 6, 2024.
I have changed 2 nas (f2-210 and now f2-223) and 2 pairs of disks (seagate and wd), the problem remains and I have not had any valid solution.
I spent a lot of money and I still have nothing working.
What a shame.

Ah, by the way the issue is present with every connection type: I've tried with Box, Dropbox and Mega.

What version of CloudSync are you using? Please contact the official online customer service to schedule an engineer to check it remotely for you.

issue present with version 3.10 and the one before.
I have been in contact with your technical support for a long time, without any solution.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to allow remote access to my TNAS to Terramaster support.
Basically, the "fault" for this problem is attributable to the CloudSync app, according to Terramaster support.
From what I understand, when there are too many CloudSync users using the app, Google triggers a limitation on access to their data.
It seems that Terramaster is aware of this but they haven't solved the problem yet.

As you can see even with Cloudsync update to version 3.1.1 the issue is still the same...

Sorry, there was another, more serious issue with the previous version, so we updated the app to fix it, and we're working on fixing the issue you're experiencing.

2 weeks have passed and you have not resolved the problem. You are embarrassing.

I'm patiently waiting since the start of February 2024. More than a month without solutions.
