See attached. I am using Brave on iOS 15.8. On my desktop I use the browser to access the NAS and I use the same IP, just with the port added.

From the screenshot you provided, it seems that your TNAS has not been initialized yet. Please use the TNAS PC on your PC to search for TNAS and follow the quick installation guide to complete the initialization.

This NAS has been setup with disks on its bays, applications installed, etc and has been running for over a year. If i enter the IP address and port from my desktop and my mobile phone browser, I can access the NAS desktop, applications, shared folders, file explorer, etc. It's the mobile app that says that hasn't been initialized. Doesn't initialized means that it hasn't been setup yet?

Please try to delete the device record or reinstall TNAS mobile app.
Please log in with TNAS PC or open TOS on your browser, do you see the same phenomenon?

@TMzethar
I have done so and used TNAS PC and same result. Nas stated as unitialized and when I click Login via TNAS PC, I get the message "Your TNAS device is operating normally. You need to configure the network parameters correctly to access the system page."
