Hi,the cloud disk in CloudSync is mega.nz instead of megadis.net, please make sure you are not mistaken.

Yes, I have send 2 mails at support@terramaster.com but I never have an answers ...
I will try to send a similars mail at CloudSync directly ..

I dont have any news about CloudSync himself since this message :

I’m sorry but CloudSync is a standalone application from Bdrive Inc. and it seems that the application you mentioned is a CloudSync application from Terramaster App Center.

We cannot find any license of CloudSync from your email address.

So, this app is not supported by BDDrive editor ...

Terramaster have any news ?

I have download the latest version of Cloud Sync, update today at 14h14, version 3.0.15.

I alwready have the same issue.
Can you report this issue to the CloudSync developper team or send us his mail adress?
I talk about the official Terramaster center app.

We have already done it and there is currently no conclusion.
If you are willing to provide remote inspection, it will be beneficial for us to troubleshoot problems faster.

Check email address - it's terra-master.com (with hyphen)
