This should not happen on a NAS that has two bays only configured to RAD1 and the rest as single disks RAID is RAID and no RAID files should be present on any of the single or JOBD configured discs makes no sense at all unless there is either something wrong or not configured correctly in the CPU.

I mean I would like to have some images to understand what you are talking about, unfortunately you can't prvide such material, so I have to ask our team to make a test, I hope someone here who can understand your issue.
