HI, I have the same issue with the Black Screen for the live feed...but resolution change didnt solve it....its for a Tapo C200..recoding is fine..just live feed not working...any ideas? Thank you

What format is the video stream output from your camera? Maybe your browser is not compatible with the video format, resulting in the inability to view the video in real-time.

1. Please check whether HTTPS is used for login, please change it to HTTP.
2. Please check whether the camera encoding format is H.265, please change it to H.264.

You can check your network settings in Control Panel - Network - General. The default port for accessing http links is 8181.
