Your support of TM Support is admirable, but imo somewhat overdone. A support department and forum support staff who ignore questions specifically directed to them need ...........

Have worked a similar job in the past, however only sympathize with the work hours/time zone difference; the way that they outright ignore many questions shows that either they truly are very small OR they blatantly disregard inquiries because their after sales support is next to nonexistent.
