Hi Chris, so you have created an user named as Chris, right? And you can see this folder when access your TNAS with Windows explorer. And you can also find it when log onto TOS as Chris. e.g: I created an user named as Support, when I log on as Support, it will be like this:
While it will not be shown at "Shared folders", it's a folder generated by the system for each user.
You can login as admin, and click admin- user as the following picture shows to find all users folders.
