Is your laptop connected with a cable ethernet? May I know, when you have a crash on your mobile, can you still play well from your laptop?

I might have found something strange...

Yes laptop connected via ethernet, cellphone via wifi

HOWEVER

Laptop causes the DLNA server to crash when I navigate to this folder:

\Rock\Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory (Deluxe Remastered Edition)

It plays the first song I choose and then the server has stopped.

If I restart the server it works on both the mobile and the laptop.

Is there a file lenght limit?

The files are 1659kbps .flac files are they too high is there a limit on the files?

Hello, no I've not sent it yet.

However the mediaserver still crashes randomly.

I've since removed the whole folder which I thougth was causing the problem, and it hasn't fixed it.

I've also upgraded to a TP link AC2300

I'm sorry to say the media server crashes randomly which is a shame especially as it's the ONLY thing I bought it for

Actually I can't get it to stay up at the moment, it crashes after choosing a single track.

Please could you advise the next steps?

I'm returning the NAS to Amazon, it simple isn't stable enough for me.
